Dauno The Carnival Committee has excluded the group of masked people fighting against incinerators across the province of Foggia. It is communicated through this hasty message which settle the argument:
"Mr Gent.mo. Loguercio,
in response to his request to inform you that the organizing committee has not considered eligible because his application has come in behind the terms according to other associations or because incomplete documentation required identified in the application form and annexes referred to therein.
We regret this decision and give the appointment to the next edition.

The reasons are spurious and unfounded.
Which responsible for maintaining relations with the Carnival Committee, between 9 and 14 February last, I make several phone calls to confirm they are still in time for participation in parades
out of competition. The answers are always positive, in accordance with art. 3 of the Regulation. In the five days of contact, I spoke with several people, including Francesco Schiavone, Philip Rigney, Frank Colapinto. Initially I was given the deadline of 15 February for the iscirzione, but in the following days have suggested that that date could be moved a few days. When there is willingness to include groups in form, as in the spirit of a collective celebration, even with some inaccuracies (not our fault), you call or write to interested parties, overcoming any obstacles. Instead, we have responded late and in a generic way, not found in the regulations.
The carnival is a moment of relief, of satirical representation of good and evil society, any topic can be taboo, let alone a comparison between a festive and cheerful solution (incineration) and one (recovery) on waste, now in 'political agenda of any Italian place.
